Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a NetSuite Functional Consultant based in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The NetSuite Functional Consultant will be responsible for configuring and implementing NetSuite solutions tailored to business needs, conducting system integrations, optimizing business processes, and providing ongoing support. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with clients to understand their requirements, Configuring, performing system testing, and providing user training and support.

Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations: discovery, design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support




Configure and optimize OneWorld Financials (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Manufacturing modules
Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions and promote best practices
Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and deploy integrations and automations
Mentor junior consultants and coordinate project tasks and timelines
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancements

Requirements
8+ years of NetSuite functional consulting experience, with 4–6 end-to-end ERP implementations (including FA, ARM, EFT add-ons)
Robust understanding of accounting fundamentals and Record-to-Report processes
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
Nice to have: experience with manufacturing or nonprofit processes and common integration tools
