We are hiring Production Assistants and Machine Operators for our manufacturing and dyeing plant in Perundurai. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for freshers who want to build a secure career in the production industry. Absolute freshers are welcome, as we provide complete hands-on training on plant operations and machinery.Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior operators in setting up and handling production machineries.
Feed raw materials into the production line and monitor the ongoing process.
Help move materials and finished products safely across the shop floor.
Perform basic quality checks on the output products to ensure they meet standards.
Follow all factory safety rules, wear safety gear, and keep the work area clean.
Freshers with zero experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Must be physically fit and active to work on a production floor.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on factory requirements.
