Manager – Oil & Gas / Industrial Projects/n Experience: 10–15 Years /n Location: Mumbai/Thane with extensive travel across India /n Industry: Oil & Gas / LPG / Petrochemical / Industrial Automation Role Objective/n Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale, multi-location Oil & Gas and industrial automation projects, with complete ownership of project schedule, resources, customer coordination, safety, quality, commercials and final handover. Key Responsibilities/n /n
Own complete project lifecycle from kick-off to commissioning and handover.

Prepare project execution strategy, master schedule, resource plan and site rollout plan.

/n
Lead multiple project managers, site teams, contractors and technology partners.

/n
Coordinate with customer project teams, engineering consultants, OEMs, contractors and internal stakeholders.

/n
Manage simultaneous execution across multiple locations.

/n
Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas/LPG safety standards, hazardous-area requirements, EHS and Permit-to-Work procedures.

/n
Review site readiness, engineering drawings, BOQ, material requirements and deployment schedules.

/n
Coordinate electrical, instrumentation, automation, RFID, IT/OT and networking activities.

/n
Track project milestones,



dependencies, risks, delays and corrective actions.

/n
Conduct weekly/monthly project reviews and provide management-level MIS.

/n
Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedule, quality and safety requirements.

/n
Control project cost, billing milestones, change requests and scope deviations.

/n
Drive FAT/SAT, commissioning, documentation, punch-point closure and customer acceptance.

/n
Act as the single-point project leadership interface with the customer.

/n Candidate Profile/n /n
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automation or related engineering discipline.

/n
10–15 years of project management experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, LPG, petrochemical, terminal, refinery or large industrial projects.

/n
Robust experience managing multi-site / multi-contractor projects.

/n
Positive understanding of electrical, instrumentation, automation and IT/OT systems.

/n
Robust leadership, customer-management and escalation-handling capabilities.

/n
PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.

/n
Willing to travel extensively across India.
