Role Overview

We are hiring a motivated Pre-Sales Associate for our Ahmedabad office to make outbound calls using dialer software and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calling campaigns from our Ahmedabad office using automated dialers.
Pitch solutions, qualify leads, and schedule sales meetings.
Maintain call logs, lead status, and notes in the CRM.
Perform follow-up calls to ensure high appointment show-up rates.

Requirements
6+ months experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting.
Willingness to work on-site at our Ahmedabad office.
Solid verbal communication and objection-handling skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM and dialer platforms.

Compensation & Perks
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience).
Incentives: Attractive per-booking incentive structure on top of fixed pay.
