Job Title: Network Specialist

Role Purpose The Network Specialist will be responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining the organizations global network infrastructure. The role ensures secure, stable, and high-performance connectivity across enterprise environments, including LAN, WAN, wireless networks, firewalls, and cloud-connected systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
Configure and maintain routing and switching environments
Install, configure, and troubleshoot network security devices and firewalls
Support SD-WAN deployment and operations
Perform network monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization
Handle incident management, change requests, and service requests
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
Ensure network availability, security compliance, and documentation
Support global network connectivity and remote site infrastructure
Participate in network migration and upgrade projects

Technical Skills Required
Solid knowledge of routing and switching concepts




Hands-on experience with Cisco network devices
Experience with SD-WAN technologies
Firewall configuration experience (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet)
Knowledge of VLAN, VPN, NAT, ACL
Experience with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
Exposure to wireless networking technologies
Understanding of network security best practices

Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud networking environments
Exposure to data center networking
Knowledge of network monitoring tools
Certification such as CCNA / CCNP preferred

Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics / Networking or related field

Soft Skills Required
Solid troubleshooting ability
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a global support environment
Documentation and process-oriented approach
