Relationship Executive – Loan Against Property (LAP)

Employment Type: Full time

We are looking for a Relationship Executive with experience in LAP, MSME, Housing Loan, or Mortgage Loan sales.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through direct market visits and field sales.
Source customers for LAP, MSME, Housing Loan, and Mortgage Loan.
Handle customer acquisition and loan documentation.
Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams.
Conduct customer and business visits.
Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in loan sales.
Direct Sales / DST / Field Sourcing experience is required.
Experience in LAP, MSME, Housing Loan, or Mortgage Loan.
Knowledge of loan documentation and sourcing processes.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales and customer visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
