Key Responsibilities:
Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
Manage and supervise production operators and shop-floor activities.
Monitor machine utilization, manpower, material availability, and production output.
Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.
Identify and resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Planning teams.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain production reports, records, and MIS.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and production SOPs.
Implement process improvements to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
Train and guide production team members.
Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.

Educational Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
