Project Manager TalentSync Project (NEED)
Location: Sector 132-Noida / Project Locations across India
Experience: 5–8+ years
Travel: Extensive travel to rural and semi-urban locations
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of the TalentSync Project (NEED) across rural and semi-urban locations. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing skill development, education, livelihood, CSR or government-funded projects at the grassroots level.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute projects across villages, blocks and districts.
Manage beneficiary mobilisation, enrolment, training and completion targets.
Coordinate with government authorities, Panchayats, schools, community leaders and project partners.
Set up and monitor training/project centres, trainers and field teams.
Conduct regular field visits and resolve operational challenges.
Track project KPIs, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
Maintain accurate MIS, beneficiary records and compliance documentation.
Ensure readiness for inspections, audits and stakeholder reviews.
Manage field coordinators, mobilisers, trainers and vendors.
Prepare periodic project progress reports and corrective action plans.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate; preference for Rural Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Education or Management.
5–8+ years of relevant project implementation experience.
Robust hands-on experience working in rural and semi-urban locations is mandatory.
Experience in Skill India, NSDC, State Skill Missions, CSR, government, livelihood or education projects preferred.
Solid stakeholder management, team leadership, MIS and documentation skills.
Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
