Job Title: Planning Engineer

About the Role

TXG is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to support project scheduling, monitoring, and progress tracking across our construction and BIM project portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring robust planning and project control capabilities, hands-on expertise in scheduling tools, and the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary project teams to keep timelines on track.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools
Prepare baseline schedules and track progress against planned milestones
Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to collect and validate progress data
Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and resource/manpower histograms
Conduct schedule risk analysis and highlight critical path activities
Support project cost and resource planning in coordination with relevant teams
Maintain accurate documentation of schedule revisions, baselines, and project records




Assist in preparing tender and pre-construction schedules as required
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment across project phases

What You'll Bring
Strong planning and production planning skills, with experience developing and managing project schedules
Excellent analytical skills and project control capabilities to monitor performance, identify variances, and support corrective actions
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present planning information clearly
Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar) and solid MS Office skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
1–2 years of experience in construction, engineering design, or related industries, preferably in a planning or project control role
Ability to work in office in Kozhikode, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to dynamic project requirements

Nice to Have
Advanced certifications in project management or planning (e.g., PMP, Primavera)
Knowledge of BIM processes, 4D/5D simulation, or MEP systems
Prior experience in the AEC/construction industry
