We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Trainee – R&D; to support research, product development, laboratory testing, process improvement, and documentation activities in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in laboratory experiments, trials, and chemical synthesis activities.
Support development and optimization of current chemical products/processes.
Conduct experiments as per approved SOPs and laboratory procedures.
Perform sampling, testing, analysis, and maintain accurate laboratory records.
Assist R&D; team in pilot-scale and plant-scale trials.
Prepare and maintain experimental reports, batch records, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Control,
and Process Engineering teams during trials.
Follow all safety, environmental, and chemical handling procedures.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper housekeeping.
Analyze experimental results and communicate observations to senior R&D; personnel.
Support troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or relevant specialization.
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Chemical R&D;/Laboratory/Process Development.
Basic knowledge of chemical reactions, laboratory techniques, and analytical methods.
Valuable documentation and communication skills.
Willingness to work in a chemical manufacturing plant environment.
Solid learning ability and attention to detail.
