Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the schedule time.
Monitor production processes and maintain product quality.
Manage and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company efficiency.
Maintain production records and prepare daily/monthly production reports.

Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Production, mechanical, Industrial engineering, or related field.
2 or 5 years of experience in production/operations management preferred.
Positive leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
Positive communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
