Position: Presales Executive

Job Overview

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Presales Executive to support our sales process by understanding client requirements, presenting suitable software solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential customers and understand their business requirements.
Explain and present the company's software products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and online meetings with prospective clients.
Identify customer pain points and suggest suitable solutions.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and other presales documents.
Respond to customer queries and provide product-related information.
Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, and Product teams for customer requirements.
Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Follow up with interested prospects and support the sales team throughout the conversion process.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience in Presales, Business Development, Customer Support, or Software Sales will be preferred.
Positive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and explain technical or software solutions in a simple manner.
Basic understanding of software products and business processes.
Ability to conduct qualified product demonstrations and client meetings.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
