Key Responsibilities
Review and validate mystery shopping / audit reports
Verify supporting evidences such as audio recordings, videos, bills, and photographs
Ensure compliance with client SOPs and reporting standards
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues in audit submissions
Provide constructive feedback to auditors to improve report accuracy and audit quality
Maintain overall data integrity and reporting standards
Who Should Apply
6 months – 1.5 years of experience in Quality Analysis, Report Writing, Transcription, Compliance, or Mystery Shopping/ Audits
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Valuable communication and report-writing skills
Ability to review large volumes of data with accuracy
