Responsible for supervising daily HM/OP production activities, managing manpower, maintaining quality and productivity, and ensuring timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth and effective operations as per production plans.
Manage and guide production workers, allocate duties, and monitor their performance and productivity.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved within the given timelines.
Monitor HM/OP production processes, machinery, raw materials, and manpower utilization to minimize downtime and wastage.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, quality standards, and production-related SOPs.
Maintain daily production records, attendance, material consumption, wastage, and other required reports, and coordinate with the Production Manager and other departments.





Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Practical knowledge of HM/OP production processes, machinery, and shop-floor operations.
Ability to supervise and manage a team of production workers effectively.
Positive understanding of production planning, quality control, safety procedures, and workplace discipline.
Valuable communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining production records and preparing reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
