Role & responsibilities
Relevant experience in the CCTV, Video Surveillance, Security Systems, or Electronic Security industry.
Valuable exposure to security surveillance solutions, including CCTV cameras, VMS, NVR/DVR, IP surveillance, and related technologies.
Understanding of IP-based video surveillance and networking concepts.
Knowledge of VMS software, video analytics, AI-based surveillance solutions, and security technologies will be an added advantage.
Experience in technical solution design, system configuration, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of surveillance systems.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions.
Strong presentation and product demonstration skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to customers.
Experience in preparing technical proposals, solution designs, BOQs,



and other customer-facing documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work closely with sales, presales, technical, and project teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving security and surveillance solutions.
A proactive attitude with a robust interest in current technologies and challenging projects.
Candidates with experience in AI Video Surveillance, IoT, Video Analytics, or Smart Security Solutions will be preferred.
