Myfinlaw is looking for an experienced qualified (Male/Female) who has hands-on experience in conducting property title searches and preparing Search Reports for bank loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property title searches at Sub-Registrar Office / online records
Verify chain of title documents
Prepare accurate Title Investigation Reports / Search Reports for banks and financial institutions
Examine property documents such as Sale Deeds, Agreements, Development Agreements, Index II, etc.
Ensure reports are legally sound and delivered within timelines

Requirements:
Experience in property document verification and title search work
Familiarity with bank loan documentation and legal compliance
Ability to independently prepare Search Reports / Title Reports
Attention to legal detail and accuracy
