Qdigi Services is looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused HHP Engineer to handle service and technical support for Home & Personal/Consumer Electronics products. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing product issues, carrying out repairs, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in HHP/consumer electronics products.
Attend customer service requests and resolve technical complaints within defined TAT.
Conduct installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance activities as required.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring product issues.
Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and spare parts during service.
Maintain accurate service reports, job sheets, and required documentation.
