Roles and Responsibilities :
Design, develop, test, and maintain PLC programs using Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Fanuc.
Create HMI screens and interfaces for industrial automation systems using software such as Wonderware Intouch or Ignition.
Troubleshoot issues with existing PLC programs and provide productive solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC systems with other equipment and technologies.
Develop and implement complex control logic sequences using ladder logic or function block diagrams.
Work with various sensors, actuators, valves, pumps, and other components to achieve desired outcomes.
Job Requirements :
Robust understanding of industrial automation principles and practices.
Proficiency in creating complex control logic sequences using ladder logic or function block diagrams.
Experience working with various types of sensors, actuators, valves, pumps, and other components.
Knowledge of HMI design and development is desirable.
Familiarity with PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagrams, or Sequential Function Charts is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace to achieve project goals.
