Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of development experience in Quadient Inspire platform.
Hands-on experience with:
Inspire Energetic Communications
Inspire Scaler
Inspire Designer
Experience designing responsive, rule-based templates for omnichannel output.
Valuable understanding of scalable architecture and document generation performance tuning using Scaler.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Solid debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Inspire Interactive is a plus.
Familiarity with print/email/SMS delivery formats.
Experience in migrating templates from legacy systems to Quadient.
Basic scripting or XML/XSLT knowledge for content manipulation.
