Provide day-to-day production support for live applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and minimal downtime.
Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues by analyzing PL/SQL code, queries, and database performance.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor application and database health to ensure system stability and performance.
Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to validate fixes and support deployments.
Maintain documentation for incidents, known issues, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Participate in on-call support and handle critical production incidents as required.

Utilize Oracle database knowledge for performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Skills Required:
Solid experience in PL/SQL development and production support environments.
