Skilled and presentable personality
Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati
Comfortable interacting with visitors, clients and management
Valuable listening, coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to prepare MOMs by summarising meetings, decisions and action points
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email
Basic understanding of HR/recruitment and social media is an advantage
Positive attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn
