Key Skills: PLC, HMI, OLP
Understand the customer requirements, discuss with vendors/developing team
Developing the control system Electrical designs PLC logic & HMI
Testing, Installation and Commissioning of the PLC system on site.
Interlocking scheme between robot, other controllers & PLC
Interfacing PLC with robots & other controllers & debugging legacy PLC programs
Coordinate and track project activities for flawless project execution.
Development of Robotic Material Handling system
Integration of robot path OLP & PLC OLP & trouble-shooting off-line
Frequent travel and deputation to customer sites(Within India & Overseas) is expected
Candidates should be prepared to work in shifts
Experience of end to end project coordination will be an added advantage
B.E. Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics
Required Skills:
Hands on experience one or more make of PLC & HMI(Siemens, Mitsubishi, GE-Fanuc, Omron etc)
Hands on project execution experience on robotic application viz. welding, material handling etc
