Entertainment and Recreation Operations Manager Responsibilities & Duties
Oversee daily operations of entertainment and recreation facilities.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate and plan special events and recreational activities.
Monitor and maintain budgets, financial reports, and revenue forecasts.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work closely with marketing teams to promote events and activities.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services.
Establish partnerships with local organizations and vendors.
Manage inventory and procurement of supplies and equipment.

Entertainment and Recreation Operations Manager Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business management, recreation, or related fields.
Experience in project management within the entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of customer service principles.




Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations specific to recreation.
Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Experience with event planning and execution.
Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
