Roles & Responsibilities
Review and process incoming service requests as per defined guidelines and timelines.
Validate information received from stakeholders and ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
Provide support and assistance to onshore team.
Perform data entry, record updates, and account setup in internal systems.
Prepare and issue customer documents and maintain proper documentation.
Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with process requirements.
Communicate with internal teams and clients for missing information or clarifications.
Manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks to meet turnaround times.
Maintain activity logs and update status in system as per process guidelines.
Follow standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Support team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Skills Required

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Comfortable in night shifts
Preferred Experience
0–2 years of experience in Insurance/Back-office/BPO operations.
Experience in data processing, documentation, or operational support preferred.
