Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
Placing job postings on all relevant platforms
Assist the recruiters with sourcing and scheduling candidates for
interviews
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g.
LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Managing historical & current applicant documentation
Taking part in interviews
Developing network of suitable candidates by networking with various
institutions and social media
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Generate Recruiting Statistics reports and other report that may be
needed
Researching different recruiting channels to discover diverse pool of
recent candidates
