We are looking for a restaurant manager who can maintain the restaurant’s revenue, productivity, and quality goals.
Can ensure productive restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction.
Respond professionally and accurately to customer complaints.
Organize and supervise shifts.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Manage the restaurant’s positive image and suggest ways to improve it.
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g.,
discounts and social media ads).
Train recent and current employees on proper customer service practices.
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
Requirements and skills
Work experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
Proven customer service experience as a manager
Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
financial management skills
A degree in business administration, hospitality management, or culinary schooling is a plus
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
