Welcome and greet customers the customers query over telephony or email.
Manage point-of-sale processes and ascertain customers needs and wants
Keep up to date with product information and accurately describe product features and perks to customers
Actively involved in the receiving of recent shipments and dispatch shipments.
Update customer records in the company database as required
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintaining sock records.

Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
Collaborate with the Productions staff to monitor active productions orders and make sure that orders are completed on time.
Report any inventory or service issues to management.
