Job Summary

Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering, preferably in the Healthcare domain. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in scripting, workload modelling, test execution, monitoring, performance analysis, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute load, stress, volume, endurance, and scalability testing.
Develop and maintain performance scripts using LoadRunner/LRE, NeoLoad.
Perform API and end-to-end performance testing for healthcare applications.
Develop workload models based on business volumes, concurrency, and transaction mix.
Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Dynatrace, Splunk, Mulesoft/Workato, and AWS CloudWatch.
Analyze response time, throughput, error rates, CPU, memory, and other resource utilization metrics.
Identify performance bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, DevOps, and other technical teams to resolve performance issues.
Prepare performance test plans, execution reports, dashboards, and recommendations.




Support release readiness and performance sign-off activities.
Communicate performance results, risks, issues, and recommendations effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
Independently manage performance testing activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.

Requirements
8+ years of Performance Testing/Engineering experience.
Robust Healthcare domain experience.
Hands-on experience with LoadRunner/LRE and/or NeoLoad.
Good experience in API performance testing and workload modelling.
Solid understanding of performance monitoring and bottleneck analysis.
Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
