Sales Manager – Real Estate
Handle inbound leads and convert them into site visits and successful sales closures across active projects.
Conduct property site visits and effectively present plot and villa projects to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
Follow up with leads through CRM, WhatsApp, calls, and other communication channels.
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation and site visits to negotiation and closure.
Manage and guide a team of Field Sales Executives.
Set targets, monitor team performance, and support team members in achieving sales goals.
Build and maintain robust relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.
Expand the broker and channel partner network to generate additional business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer requirements and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Achieve monthly sales targets across multiple real estate projects.
Identify recent sales opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market and current property trends.
Handle customer negotiations and work towards closing high-value property transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Experience in plotted development is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market.
Proven track record of closing high-value property sales.
Existing broker/channel partner network is a strong advantage.
Robust sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Good team-handling and leadership abilities.
Experience using CRM and digital sales follow-up tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused.
Comfortable working with incentive-based earnings.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹80,000 per month based on closures
Total Potential Earnings: ₹1,30,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month
