Role & responsibilities

Production Planning & Supervision
Plan and execute shift-wise production schedules to meet daily and monthly targets.
Supervise end-to-end production activities on the shop floor, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
Be actively present on the production floor, working closely with the team during processing operations.

Product & Process Control
Ensure all products are manufactured strictly according to approved recipes and process parameters.
Oversee production of cold cuts, marinated products, and breaded products, ensuring consistency in quality and taste.
Conduct regular checks during production to ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Team Management
Lead, supervise,



and motivate a team of 1015 production staff per shift.
Ensure staff are working as per defined standards with speed, efficiency, and discipline.
Provide on-the-job guidance, training, and corrective instructions to improve performance.

Packing
Ensure the packing section follows approved SOPs for packaging, labeling, and handling of finished products.
Coordinate with the packing team to ensure timely movement of finished goods to designated chillers or freezers.
Monitor proper storage conditions and product traceability.
