/n /n /n Role Overview /n We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to own outbound prospecting for Freshworks' product suite. You will identify, research, and engage target accounts across global markets (EMEA & APAC), working closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to build a healthy, qualified pipeline. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
Drive outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified meetings/prospects

/n
Research target accounts and buyer personas to craft personalized, relevant outreach

/n
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria

/n




Collaborate with Sales Managers and AEs to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach cadences

/n
Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly pipeline generation targets

/n
Use sales engagement and prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, Instantly, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

/n
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospect and account activity in CRM

/n
Stay current on Freshworks' product offerings and competitive landscape to speak credibly with prospects

/n /n /n Eligibility Criteria /n /n
6 months to 1 year of proven experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (B2B SaaS preferred)

/n
Robust verbal and written communication skills

/n
Hands-on experience with prospecting/sales engagement tools (Apollo.io, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)

/n
Working knowledge of CRM tools

/n
Comfortable engaging with international prospects across EMEA, APAC.

/n
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound cold outreach

/n
Willingness to work full-time from our Chennai office
