SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

EXPERIENCE - PREFERABLY FROM CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND

LOCATION - BALEWADI , PUNE

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for site, project and head-office positions.
Source and onboard Civil, MEP, Billing, Planning, Safety, Quality, Stores and Project Management staff.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity and statutory requirements.
Manage employee performance reviews, appraisals, increments and disciplinary matters.
Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Maintain HR MIS, employee records, salary structures and manpower cost reports.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
7–10+ years of HR experience, preferably in Construction/EPC/Infrastructure companies.
Solid experience in construction manpower recruitment and statutory compliance.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
