About the Role:

We are looking for a highly accomplished Technical Program Manager with a robust engineering background who has evolved from hands-on development into program leadership. The ideal candidate should have started their career in Java/Open Source technologies and possess extensive experience managing large-scale enterprise software initiatives, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex enterprise programs from inception to successful delivery.
Work closely with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.
Drive program planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Manage multiple workstreams and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with architects and technical leaders on solutioning and modernization programs.
Track program milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Present program status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership and customers.

Required Skills:
Strong technical foundation in Java/Open Source technologies.
Prior experience as Developer, Technical Lead,



Architect, or Engineering Lead before moving into Program Management.
Proven experience managing large-scale software development and digital transformation programs.
Solid understanding of
Java / J2EE
Spring Boot
Microservices
Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
API-based architectures
DevOps and CI/CD practices
Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Experience managing globally distributed teams.

Preferred Skills:
Product Engineering background.
Experience with modernization, cloud migration, or platform transformation initiatives.
Exposure to Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Lean methodologies.
PMP, Protected, Scrum, or equivalent certifications.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Started career as a Java/Open Source Developer.
Progressed through Technical Lead, Architect, Engineering Lead, or Delivery Lead roles.
Currently managing large programs, portfolios, or strategic technology initiatives.
Strong blend of technical depth, business understanding, and leadership capability.
