We are looking for a

Senior Source to Pay (S2P) Analyst to support the transformation of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, procurement, invoicing, and payments. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Procure-to-Pay who enjoy driving process improvements, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Hybrid work, once a week to Bangalore Office.

Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience in

Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations

.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams.
Hands-on experience supporting process improvements, transformation initiatives, or system implementations.
Solid proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

.
Experience with

SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Exposure to

Ariba, Coupa, or Zip is an advantage.
Familiarity with

Power BI, Alteryx,



or AI-enabled tools for reporting and process improvement is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, and payments.
Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
Gather business requirements and support solution design, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
Analyze spend, invoice, and payment data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, FP&A;, Treasury, and Technology teams to optimize financial processes.
Support data governance, compliance, audit readiness, QA, UAT, and change management activities.
Work with business users, engineers, vendors, and system integrators to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery.
