We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Art Director / Creative Lead who can transform business objectives, briefs, and ideas into high-impact, visually compelling creative communication. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with advertising/creative agencies, understand industry-standard creative practices, and have the ability to take a concept from idea visual direction creative execution.

This role requires someone who is not only an excellent visual thinker but also understands brands, audiences, competitors, and communication strategy.

Must-Have Skills
810 years of professional experience in Art Direction, Creative Design or Advertising.
Robust experience in a creative/advertising agency setting.
Excellent conceptual and visual thinking.
Strong understanding of Art Direction and visual storytelling.
Ability to convert ideas/briefs into creative concepts and final outputs.

Digital & social media design
Strong competitor and industry research skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Solid proficiency in relevant creative tools such as:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
After Effects / Premiere Pro – added advantage
Figma – added advantage
AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, ChatGPT, Runway, etc. – highly desirable.
