Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from planning and mobilization through completion and handover.
Develop and monitor project schedule, budget, resources, and manpower requirements.
Manage site execution and ensure works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Review and coordinate architectural, MEP, structural, and interior fit-out drawings to identify clashes and resolve technical issues.
Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.
Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of their assigned works.
Review BOQ, material requirements, procurement schedules, variations, and cost implications.
Coordinate material approvals, samples, mock-ups, and procurement to avoid project delays.




Ensure quality control and proper execution of works such as joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, doors, furniture, and finishes.
Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders to resolve project issues.
Monitor project risks, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, project procedures, and applicable standards.
Manage testing, snagging, rectification, and final project handover.
Maintain proper project documentation, including drawings, approvals, RFIs, inspection records, variations, and as-built documentation.
Lead and mentor project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and other project team members.
Ensure successful project completion within the agreed time, cost, quality, and client expectations.
