Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice and semi-voice support.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Update customer records and interaction details in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility
Experience: 4 months to 1 year (Any industry/background)
Qualification: Plus two, Any UG Degree (Candidates with arrears can also apply)
Positive communication skills in English and any one regional language:
Tamil
Hindi
Telugu
Malayalam
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
