We are looking for an experienced Samsara Expert to join our office team in Ludhiana.
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor Samsara ELD accounts and driver logs.
Review and correct HOS and logbook violations.
Monitor driver activity, duty status, and ELD compliance.
Handle unidentified driving and logbook issues.
Assist drivers with Samsara-related technical issues.
Maintain accurate records and ensure DOT compliance.
Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and the compliance team.
Prepare reports and assist with audits when required.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with Samsara ELD is preferred.
Positive knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and HOS rules.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates based in or willing to work in Ludhiana are preferred.
