Hiring: Senior QA Engineer – CRM Testing (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 testing and a solid Banking/BFSI domain background .

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, API, database, SIT/UAT, and end-to-end testing , along with strong knowledge of banking applications.

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, regression, integration, localization, and end-to-end testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
Conduct API testing using Postman and validate REST API integrations.
Perform data migration and database testing with appropriate data validation techniques.
Design and execute manual test cases covering positive and negative scenarios.
Prepare test plans, test cases, test execution reports, dashboards, and defect reports.
Perform SIT, UAT, UI, role-based, and acceptance testing .
Track and manage defects using JIRA .
Perform regression testing after defect fixes and application changes.
Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and business stakeholders in Agile settings.




Support testing across CRM modules including Sales & Marketing, Customer 360, ClickDimensions, and Customer Service .
Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and testing expectations.

Must-Have Skills
10+ years of total experience in Banking / IT
Robust experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise experience preferred
Robust BFSI / Banking domain knowledge
Manual & Functional Testing
SIT / UAT Testing
API Testing – Postman
REST API Integration Testing
Database / SQL Testing
JIRA / Defect Management
Agile, SDLC & STLC
Web & Application Testing
Banking applications such as Core Banking, Internet/Mobile Banking, Cards, Payments, Loans , etc.

Good to Have
Automation Testing using Selenium/Open-source tools
Banking experience in the Middle East

Education
BE / B.Tech / B.Sc IT or equivalent degree with specialization in IT or related discipline.
