Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, building robust client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, and networking.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct product/service presentations and sales meetings.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers within company guidelines.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
