6+ years in software engineering, with hands-on experience in Web3 development
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Web3-enabled applications
Integrate blockchain interactions using Web3 libraries
Build robust backend and frontend components using contemporary tech stacks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions
Optimise application performance, security, and scalability
Stay updated with evolving Web3 frameworks and ecosystem trends
Mandatory Skills
Robust programming expertise in Java and TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Web3 libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js)
Experience in building distributed or decentralised applications
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
Valuable to Have
Exposure to blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.)
Understanding of cryptographic concepts and decentralised identity
Experience with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
Note
Smart contract development or token issuance experience is NOT required
