Responsible for RMC plant quality control, laboratory activities, concrete mix trials, troubleshooting of concrete-related issues, site coordination, quality documentation, and QA/QC implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor RMC plant quality control and laboratory activities.
Conduct concrete mix trials and testing.
Troubleshoot concrete quality and technical issues.
Coordinate with project sites, production, and QA/QC teams.
Monitor raw material and concrete quality.
Maintain quality records, test reports, and documentation.
Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and quality standards.
Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 6 years of relevant RMC/concrete experience.
Robust knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, testing, and RMC operations.
Valuable troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
