Role: SAP FICO-JVA Consultant

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for an experienced SAP FICO-JVA Consultant with robust expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Joint Venture Accounting (JVA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP solutions for finance and joint venture operations, particularly in Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Energy sector environments.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and support SAP FICO and Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) solutions.
Configure and maintain FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
Configure and support SAP JVA processes including equity groups, venture master data, partner settlements, cash calls, and cutback processing.
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
Work closely with business stakeholders to support financial reporting, reconciliation, and period-end closing activities.
Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP FICO-JVA issues.




Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and data migration activities.
Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects where applicable.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience in SAP FICO .
Experience in SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) .
Knowledge of Financial Accounting and Management Accounting processes.
Experience with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Robust understanding of partner settlements, venture accounting, and revenue distribution processes.
Experience in integration with MM, SD, PM, PS, and Treasury modules.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or similar industries.
SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience.
Experience with SAP Group Reporting and Central Finance.
SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance preferred.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
