We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller – Sales & Marketing to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services to customers, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
Explain company products, offers, pricing, and perks clearly.
Generate recent sales opportunities through telecalling and follow-ups.
Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide suitable information.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Convert leads into confirmed orders/sales.
Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
Collect customer feedback and identify new sales prospects.




Promote company products through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred.
Confident and positive attitude.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
