We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Recruiting Consultant to drive full-lifecycle recruitment for technical, niche, and leadership positions. You will partner directly with key business stakeholders to manage end-to-end talent acquisition, maintain recruitment data accuracy, and deliver high-impact hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for tech, niche, and executive leadership roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align on talent needs and hiring strategies.
Source active and passive talent using advanced sourcing channels, networks, and market mapping.
Track, analyze, and present recruitment data, metrics, and funnel analytics to leadership.
Maintain high candidate engagement and deliver a seamless hiring experience.
Qualifications:
6+ years of hands-on experience in full-lifecycle recruitment.
Proven track record in technology, niche domain, and leadership hiring.
Robust stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
High proficiency in data tracking, ATS management, and talent reporting.
Must be willing to work fully onsite at our Bangalore office.
Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
