We are building a practical, outcome-driven AI and EdTech business for students, working professionals, businesses, and organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition across B2C and B2B.
Build GTM, sales, and conversion strategies.
Own the entire sales funnel from leads to conversion and retention.
Build and close prospects across individuals, colleges, companies, and partners.
Work cross-functionally to strengthen product positioning and customer experience.
Hire, build, and lead the sales team.
Track KPIs including leads, conversion, CAC, revenue, and retention.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Growth.




Industry experience in EdTech, AI, SaaS, or Upskilling.
Strong B2C and B2B sales experience with revenue ownership.
Leadership experience in achieving targets and building or managing teams.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with BE10X, OutSkills, or similar AI/EdTech companies is preferred.

COMPENSATION

Competitive compensation with a lucrative hike over current CTC, based on experience and fit, with performance-linked growth opportunities.
