Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000/month, as per experience and expertise

We are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Expert who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns based on business objectives.
Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns, ad sets, and audiences.
Perform audience research, targeting, retargeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and other key performance metrics.
Develop strategies for lead generation, sales, traffic, and conversion campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, placements, and ad copies.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective ad spend.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Identify performance issues and implement optimization strategies.




Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, policies, and latest advertising trends.

Required Skills
1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads.
Robust understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structures.
Experience in campaign optimization and budget management.
Good knowledge of conversion tracking, Pixel, Events Manager, and retargeting.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns.
Good communication and reporting skills.
