Role & responsibilities
Provide Level 3 support for SAP Procurement processes, analyzing and resolving complex issues escalated by the Operations Support Team.
Identify root causes and recommend effective, sustainable solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.
Configure and support SAP S/4HANA MM focused on Procurement, SAP Ariba, and other procurement-related applications as needed.
Gather and analyze business requirements to support system enhancements, process improvements, and recent functionality.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SAP teams, and support teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
Create and maintain functional, configuration, and process documentation for enhancements, system changes, and issue resolution activities.
Support testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Participate in SAP deployments, upgrades, rollouts, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions when required.
Participate in local and global IT meetings, training sessions, workshops, and project activities, collaborating with regional and global teams as required.




Be available to attend meetings and collaborate with teams during North American business hours.

Provide after-hours support when required and perform other duties as assigned

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM).
Experience preparing Functional and technical Specifications, Configuration Documentation, Test Scenarios, and Test Scripts.
Solid understanding of procurement and purchasing processes, with the ability to design and deliver effective solutions using SAP MM functionality.
Experience supporting SAP environments, including incident resolution, system enhancements, and business process improvements.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a global setting.
Ability to collaborate and participate in meetings during North American business hours.
