Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Liaison &
Scheduling:

Greet customers, listen to service requests, and schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Initial Diagnosis &
Estimation:

Perform initial assessments of commercial vehicles, create detailed repair orders, and provide accurate cost estimates for parts and labor.
Workflow Management: Collaborate with technicians to turn customer requests into explicit repair plans, managing the service center's schedule to ensure effective, timely repairs.
Communication &
Updates:

Keep customers informed about service progress,



and explain technical issues or necessary additional repairs.
Warranty &
Documentation:

Inform customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings, and maintain accurate service records.
Quality Control: Confirm final quality checks before handing over the vehicle to the customer.

Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical understanding of commercial vehicle systems.
Proficiency in service software or CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to minimize downtime.
