Required Skills Competencies
Strong knowledge of investment products including Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS, Bonds, FDs, Retirement Products, and Digital Gold
Strategic thinking with a clientcentric mindset
Ability to drive product innovation and enhancements
Analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and market trends
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Robust leadership to guide highperforming product teams
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk mitigation

Key Responsibilities

Product Development and Execution
Define product strategies across wealth offerings aligned to house views and client risk profiles
Collaborate with providers and internal teams to identify product enhancements and current ideas
Oversee onboarding and optimization of product suite for enhanced profitability

Client and Market Focus
Understand HNI, retail,



and institutional client needs via direct engagements and field feedback
Equip distribution teams with timely product updates for effective client conversations

CrossFunctional and Stakeholder Management
Partner with Research, PPR, Investment Counsellors, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Marketing for seamless product execution
Maintain compliance documentation and facilitate regular PAC approvals
Drive product awareness through webinars, meetings, and targeted communication

Performance Tracking
Track AUM, Net Sales, productwise revenue, and client adoption metrics
Analyze product performance, market insights, and competitor offerings to shape the roadmap

Regulatory Compliance Risk Management
Ensure all products adhere to regulatory and internal compliance frameworks
Identify and mitigate risks associated with current and existing offerings

Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of highperforming Product Managers
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and learning
